Contractor Quality Management:
Our core methodology is based in the USACE-NAVAC CQCM Manual and training, and certifications. In summary we have an additional layer of management focused on preliminary review of all scopes, conducting pre-scope briefings to review and assure all personnel are educated in all the requirements and local relevant refinements in advance of every scope prior to its undertaking. In additional our CQCM certified managers pre-inspect all work assuring the standards prior to gaining the acceptance of the client and authorities having jurisdiction.
